Salaries
DPML's total salary bill for 2025/2026 is £281,190 which equates to £790 each property, an increase of 48% over the 2024/2025 budget
Bar
The bar lost £29,981 in 2025/2026 as a result of increased salaries and falling sales volume (taking into account food sales and price increases). The budget for 2026/2027 shows a continuing loss of £19,240.
Bar waste disposal
For the 2025/2026 accounts the bar waste disposal cost was moved from the bar to administration which reduced the loss made by the bar. This variance has been allowed for in the data displayed here.
Loans
The loan situation described by DPML is at best murky, an entity named "Asset Finance" is named by DPML as providing a loan for the solar panels but there is no entity with that name, however the loan wipes out any profit from the solar panels. Companies House shows that there are no unsatisfied charges against the assets of DPML (link here) and consequently DPML do not currently have any secured loans.
